While and after the stretch i feel my skin burning and also it hurts when i touch it. I kinda feels like a am stretching the skin and i don't think that is what i am supposed to do
There will always be a certain amount of skin stretch in the beginning. The skin may burn and the ligaments, contained at the base, might be sore also. This is normal and will eventually become nonexistent unless you are starting a more intense routine or a stronger exercise.
