Firstly, I'd like to say hey. This is the first time I've posted, and I've started PE recently. I'm following DLD's Newbie Routine, and have been for two weeks. I haven't been doing the stretches, though.
The beginning of this week, I noticed a slight curve that wasn't there before. I didn't think much of it, but now it's starting to become worse. Could it be because I'm not stretching/warming up? How can I fix it before it gets too severe?
