I finished a one set session cus I'm tired and my right hand hurts for some reason and I did 10 clap pushups and 10 jump squats right after the session cus those exercise your fast twitch muscles and when you do that it sends a huge burst of growth hormones throughout your body. After that, I stretched straight down real hard and I heard and felt a strangely loud pop or crack in my body around the penis. It didn't hurt or anything but it scared the Hell out of me for a second.

be slow and take rest for a while.

But you said you've never had one, right? Because I've been doing pretty decent work and I have gained an inch in about a year but I still don't think I've had a pop yet. I thought I did one time but I think it was actually my hand. I didn't feel anything in my ligaments.

No, I have had them but only when erect.

Huh. I don't think I've had those either. Sometimes I will do stretches while mostly erect and occasionally when I do a v stretch I feel stuff kinda shifting around. Like when I press down on my base with the web of my hand I can feel like a little shift of something slipping over another. Does that sound like anything ligamenty?
 
I get lig pops each time I do a good session. In the beginning, I never did, but I wasn't pulling like I do now. I know how my body reacts and how much it can take. Your essentially stretching and pulling the lig past is resting point. Then you get a pop, just like your knuckles. Any pain and your doing it wrong. Be safe and is not a problem.

This seems to be the same thing I feel once in a while.
 
Had them a ton of time especially during erect stretching. Never had a problem with them.

If pain shows up slow down until pain is gone.
 
Damm my left testicle swollen to double size, doing ice pack therapy , if not ok then I have to see the doc. I pulled it too hard.

When you feel your testicle that hurts do you also feel the connective tissue of the Vas Deferens? It attaches to the testicle and goes upward from there. If this is still connected you are fine but if the Vas Deferens is loose you should go to the Doctor.
