I finished a one set session cus I'm tired and my right hand hurts for some reason and I did 10 clap pushups and 10 jump squats right after the session cus those exercise your fast twitch muscles and when you do that it sends a huge burst of growth hormones throughout your body. After that, I stretched straight down real hard and I heard and felt a strangely loud pop or crack in my body around the penis. It didn't hurt or anything but it scared the Hell out of me for a second.
