It's getting close to 4yrs since I quit and I had a cigarette dream a month or so ago. In my dream I didn't have any if my vaping stuff anymore and really wanted nicotine. It was more like a nightmare.

I've tried Gorilla Glue wax and oil but not the flower. Good stuff. I really should start smoking the green again. I don't mind a sativa but I'd rather have a hybrid so I can mellow out and unwind. Might need to talk to a guy who knows a guy soon.

All the names are different strains and each has its own specific properties beyond being an India, Sativa, or hybrid. I had a little bit of wax called Alaskan Thunder Fuck and the instant I thought about sex, the word alone was enough, my dick was as hard as a railroad spike. I couldn't sleep one night so I took a few puffs and next thing I knew I woke my wife up at 3am for sex.

I quit when I enlisted in the USMC. Prior to that I was a heavy pot smoker for a few years. It's been hard for me to enjoy it since then. During my enlistment I became a heavy drinker and stayed that way for way too long afterwards.

You are lucky to have called it a quit till this day. It has not been easy for me.

I quit because I wanted to become a Marine. I would like to be more comfortable with smoking from time to time though.

Someone told me it's hard to quit smoking marijuana permanently. Why can people quit smoking cigarette permanently but when it comes to marijuana, they say it is difficult? Do you have any idea?

Like anything else you're trying to quit you need a reason. Marijuana is far less harmful than alcohol and can have many positive effects if used properly. In the US there's a lot of talk about using medical marijuana for heroin/opiate addiction. You certainly wouldn't recommend alcohol for that!

Unfortunately we're still in "marijuana denial" here. I honestly think the biggest reason our govt is scared of the fact that anyone can easily grow it so it's harder to tax. Alcohol is a bit more time consuming to make at home and messier so they aren't as worried about that. However states here are bringing insane revenues from legalizing it so I see the entire country telling the federal govt to shove it when it comes to pot and it becoming fully legal in the next few years.

Everyone knows that marijuana is far better than alcohol. No one is going to argue about that as a matter of fact. But I'm more productive and also more energetic when I don't smoke marijuana. Especially those ones with higher strain or what do you call it

It can sap your energy depending on the type and how much you smoke. I'll start again some day and limit myself to after work so I don't interfere with important stuff.

You are 100% correct. I now smoke a less higher type and I try not to smoke too much

Go the other direction and save money! Buy the top off the line, you will use much less and an ounce will last you twice as much. You can also entertain oils, which are even more powerful and cheaper to use. Buying crap Cannabis will give you a crappy high and it will not get in your head, where you want it. I have been a grower and seller for many years.

Today's "lower quality" weed was considered really good 20yrs ago. The amount of research that's gone into cannabis cultivation is outstanding. It truly is a science mixed with art.

Going with higher quality has a far larger effect than helping your wallet. If you have access to a broad variety of strains you can pick and choose based on the effect you desire. I've actually heard that certain Sativa strains will not only curb your appetite but also give your activity level a massive kick in the ass. If you have sleep issues there's strains of Indica that work better than prescription sleeping pills.

I have a prefilled oil cartridge of an almost 80% THC sativa. Just a little bit and I get the desire to go do things. I do not want to sit still and veg out. I managed to hit it too hard one night though and I was damn near catatonic physically but my mind was still extremely active and my thoughts were pretty clear.

Oh my goodness no! We grow 100% natural, no chemicals at all. A good grower that is producing top of the line Cannabis does not use chemicals!

And the grow methods are insane. Hydroponic setups, automatic watering and sunlight, temperature controlled and properly ventilated rooms, testing the Ph of the soil and adding natural things to make necessary changes... all of those lead to extremely high yield crops with top quality buds.

Some of the marijuana are so strong to the extent that, even if you eat and take a shower, you will still be high and weak. I want the type I can smoke then take a shower and it will go away. I have started avoiding those ones with higher dose or what do you call it.
