Small Head???

I notice that a few hours after using the Bathmate my shaft is still fat yet my head is smaller than my shaft. Is there anything that can be done to increase my head size or will it grow as well over time?

Yes, you can do another exercise in addition to the Bathmate to increase head size. Check out some of Redzulu's and Supra's threads on the subject.

Yes underneath the glans. I'm not cut so I leave around 1 inch gap underneath the ridges of the glans otherwise the skin hurts. Become aroused first and then put the rim on. Its best to loop the rim so its tighter. You can use a bit of padding if you like, no problems. Yes then enter the pump erect or semi erect. When you now pump, what will happen is the glans is being FOCUSED on as-well ... ISOLATED if you will and being enlarged like if it were in a head pump itself. The constriction from the rim engorges the glans and hence this is focused on from the internal pressure.

You may get discomfort at first but persevere and after a few sessions you will be really pleased. Let us know how it goes.

If that is the case, can I still put on the rim and then go into the pump flaccid still. Yeah you can do that, its better then nothing and the constriction will still be in place. What will happen is the pressure will bring blood into the glans and it stays in place with the rim. Might feel quite uncomfortable when going in flaccid but its nothing to be concerned over.
