Hi..
this is the first time i am using sizegenetics device. I am not able to wear it for more than 2 mins. Problem is the penis is coming to resting phase ( soft & small) making the device and comfort pads to slip off. Any technique for this would be really helpful.

Have you tried using the velcro tape the give you as an attachment? Out of all the various attachments they give the velcro is best. If you still can't find a good attachment please look at the VLC as the main attachment.
 
Sssk, How is it going, did we help you out? I want to make sure you get everything out of your SizeGenetics.
 
this was a mis-reply. Tabs are the work of the devil.

But to answer your question I use moleskin around the noose for the area it touch my glans.

Yeah, I agree but if someone can not afford the VLC velcro is a good second choice.
 
What i do to stop the SG from slipping , is i roll down the skin ( i'm uncut ) and then put the strap on.If you pull the skin back and put the strap,at one time your skin will roll back and the noose will slip also.

This won't allow the noose to slip that easily.If you don't have this thing,you can make something up..i was using a sock at one time,it's weird but it works :) Protecting your skin and less slippering.

You are supposed to wear the extender soft / flaccid.If your flaccid is too short ,remove a bar,or lower the main one.

I am uncut and the only option we have with the SG is using the Noose. Try and use the foam thing to cushion your head as it will get uncomfortable. I found then noose slips off at high tension so I bougth the VLC SG attachment. With that you always get a 100% comfortable fit.

I found the other attachments would make my dick slip out
 
I to am uncut & have endlessly tried wrapping & just couldn't workout a consistant result.
In the end I gave up & use the noose on its own, you get used to it over time & now I extend for 4-6hours a day
with 2800g springs. You get a fair amount of discomfort towards the end of the day but at least I not slipping out all the time.

When I 1st used the noose I used to slip out a lot, it takes a bit of figuring out. I try to get my glans as "high up"
the cradle as I can other wise you slowly slip down & out under it.

My tips are
1. Use talc around glans & base.
2. Squeeze in & trap a good amount of blood into glans as you strap in.
3. Use some foam padding between your glans & the noose cradle (helps prevent pinching)
4. Make sure no skin gets trapped under the noose & pinches.
5. Once settled in increase tension.
6. Slowly build up to longer in the extender.

When I 1st started extending I could barley do 1/2 on the lowest setting 900g wihout bad pain, pinching or soreness.
It takes time to figure out what is causing it & gradually you work out something that eases it.
I now achieve over an hour at 2800g & 4-6hrs a day in 1hour sessions, some days something goes wrong & you can only do 45min sessions.

Don't give up on the wrapping method, I still try now & then.

It feels amazing. The noose didn't do much for me as I couldn't ever reach a high tension due to it slipping off. With the VLC, i have gained so fast already after a few weeks that I have developed a stretch mark on the left side of my penis. My penis curves to the left.

I agree with BornInFIgi and I said the very same thing to myself when I bought my VLC!
