I like the SizeGenetics better quality-wise and I also like that fact that they can ship very quickly. There have been some complaints on the PMpro where guys are waiting a long time for shipments. The Penimaster Pro gives more options in their unit but if you are looking for simple extending the SizeGenetics is the way to go.

At this point I believe the SizeGenetics and the Phallosan to be the best combination of tools for extending length work because together they can produce gains 24 hours a day. The men who have taken on both of these devices are getting so much length work in it is amazing. SizeGenetics all day and the Phallosan all night.

Yes, the cross over modifications are really taking the stage lately, very impressed with what the Brotherhood has done with every tool we carry, very creative.
I think if your planning on going the extender route buy a SizeGenetics, but also get a vacuum attachment for it. If you can get a good vac extender you will to do the 4+ hours a day that is probably a minimum needed to see major gains.

I think the SizeGenetics and Phallosan pretty much have this whole game on lock, every thing else really takes second place to these guys.
