I have the longer ones in both girths. The bigger girth is a tad too big and will slip over the glans occasionally. The smaller will cause some head swell. Hoping it will stretch a tad. What I really need is a 0.875 girth and 5.2 length but I'm making these work. Thay are doing a good job keeping me stretched throughout the day.

The thicker long sleeve is great for me most of the time, but when i do turtle up a little girthwise, i stick a little wad of toilet paper in by my glans like a shim. I've tried on all sides and the dorsal side seems to work best, but ventral side works too. Its more about making the tp wad the right size and shape.
These sleeves and cap are really great though. I tried the smaller one on too and it was stiffer and it could elongate me more, because of the added grip, but i lost sensation in my head before 45 minutes was up. So i decided to play with it. I cut off the thick side that goes by the head, and used it as a cockring in my bathmate. Win. Also stretches nicely to be a full package cockring.

Using SiliRings below the head are good to prevent that. You will just want to adjust for circulation if you start to feel coldness in the head. Allot of people use SiliRings for glans enlargement as well.

The the silisleev ridge buildup right below the glans goes a long way with strap base extenders and hangers. The added level of comfort and incredible gripping power is second to none. Everyone with an extender or hanger definitely needs to check these out.

so when using the slilsleev and cap in the bathmate xtreme , you just get erect put them on and pump up easy? so does that mean you can increase pressure without worrying about fluid retention?

lightening thanks for the answer another question, im using the bathmate extreme after warm up is it best to dry the penis in order to put on the slilsleev and cap? do you keep the slilsleev and cap on through out the 3x5min sessions?

You can leave them on. The silisleev and silicap will only come off if your penis is wet or oily during stretching sessions. Pumping sessions, you will be fine.

Let me just add my little tip thus far from using these during the day, or sleeping in them to keep the extended flaccid state 
I found it difficult wearing the sleeves, with the thick rim piece underneath the glans. It felt uncomfortable, and although I made several hours with it, wearing it all night while sleeping was a no.
So, I decided to change the direction of where that thick end goes and wore it with this thicker part at the BASE, not underneath the glans.
All I can say is ... MAGIC I was wearing it for over 7 hours today, and only took it off when I had family visit, because in the pants I had on, it created a large bulge ... so anyway, it worked perfect in the day, and last night when I used it like this, I got a whole night in! LOL over 10 hours. Took it off this morning to have a pee, and a quick break.
This seems to work for me; no slippage at all ... would be better if I shaved some of the hair on my shaft, as it can pull a little, but I can bear it with more attention to detail.
With more powder to the inside, it would be nailed down .. I'll have to get a bag of that powder Lightning goes on about for grip.
So if you are having problems with these slipping, or too tight, have a try simply turning them around, with the thicker end at the base.
When you take a piss, roll it down to the very base ... I have managed not to dribble, but it does take longer making sure your not holding back, you need tissue. I always wipe my bell end after a piss anyway, but with the sleeve on, it takes longer, so I would suggest simply taking it off, and slapping it back on when you done with the slash.
Another tip when you wash these, and dry them, I assume most will fold them inside out to make sure they air and dry well ... you know the inside part is what touches your penis ... make sure you fold it back, otherwise you end up with the sleeve being more SLACK .. still works, but it will be more loose ... so if you roll it inside out to wash it, or have done so already, like me make sure you roll it back again when your ready for action.
