Sexual Herbs

I have just recently started learning about herbs and vitamins and was curious if they could help me sexually. I picked up a book and there are loads of natural herbs to help with libido, impotence, stamina, etc. I picked up some cordyceps which are said to be a natural form of viagara by increasing blood flow, also a natural product called biovigora which helps with libido and performance, and then some gingko to back all that up. I will be taking these starting tomorrow, I dont have problems getting it up but i sure hope they help with my performance and premature ejaculation.
Has anyone else tried using these herbs or any others you might want to reccomend?

Personally I use the following, and they are very good!

1.Yohimbe bark powder
2.Gingko
3.Catuaba bark powder
4.Damiana
5.Ashwaganda

I also believe that antioxidants help with this as well!All of the herbs that I have mentioned up above are antioxidants also.Below a list of herbs that are reknown for there antioxidant qualities!I use all of these and they are fantastic!!

1.Green Tea
2.Pine Bark powder
3.Bilberry
4.Eyebright

I would say.
1. More water (not to > volume, for health)
2. More vegetables.
3. Exercize
4. The most important, attitude, visualization and dreaming (fantasy)
5. ZMA and L-argenine.


I've taken every herb there is for this stuff, #4 tops the list as far as I'm concerned. Good attitude = energy, alertness, tingling johnson.

Shitty attitude = depression, loss of energy, limp dick

Don't waste the money on all the herbal crap. Places like vitamin shoppe cut the stuff so bad, you have to take 80x what you'd normally take in a quality product. The stuff is absolutely fucking useless. Save your money and do what I said.

Just tried p-boost after reading some reviews about it. Worked good but pretty pricey. The trial was free but you have to pay for the shipping which was quick. Anyone know any coupon codes for p-boost.com?
