Well this thread has passed 2 years ago, and my head is balding now.
It appears I am in desperate mode and looking to do whatever I can (naturally), researching like a dog.

I am about to try a these exercises, any update from anyone who has been doing these?

Have you guys noticed a difference?

hey friend.

I was in the same situation as you. I had a receding hair line and the density of hair was rapidly decreasing. I went as far as consulting with a hair transplant doctor to somehow stop the recession before it happened. I even got a prescription for propecia from my doctor.

but as I started the exercises, it took about 2-4 months to see results, but not only is my hairline back to where it was naturally, the hair density all over increased and my hair is now very 'healthy' looking.

I have noticed it doesn't work for some people, but perhaps they started with a 'failling' mentality and didn't believe in it. I personally did believe in it, and it did work for me.. I still do it for a minute or two everyday... back then I would do around 200 repetitions in the morning, and 200 at night when i went to bed... and i would FEEL the forehead and the skin of the scalp warming up and being rushed with blood. and then i would imagine new hair growing effortlessly.

all the best to you

Hey, wow those results sound almost too good to be true. I have really got to look into this more now.

Also as a side, did you take the propecia? Because I need to know if it was those exercises on its own.

Thanks big time, also while we're on the topic was it just the exercises you've been doing or are there other supplements you had to take?

T.O. love
take care

no I didn't take propecia. A friend of mine did and had alot of problems with erection quality during sex and I care more about Penis Enlargement than my hair so I wanted to keep DHT levels up. Propecia inhibits 5 alpha reductase so it basically stops the major portion of DHT conversion from Testosterone.

In the beginning I used Shenmin, it's a chinese topical product, I applied it to my head in the mornings and before sleeping while doing the exercises, but I only used it for about one month (maybe less as I wasn't consistent with it)... I continued the exercises without it and the results were still consistent.

I believe it's all in your mind. If you BELIEVE that it will work, it will. I simply made that decision deep within myself and I manifested into reality. perhaps that's why it worked for me.

Sweet, thanks for the info, also were you balding from MPB? Or something else? Reason Im asking is because my balding is genetic, all my family goes through it at the same age.

Sorry for all the Q's but you have been so helpful to me so far.

And thats awesome man, good for you.

Anyone tried this, have any results or info thy could please share?
Thanks

I've just started doing scalp massages as well. I'm using peanut oil and rubbing vigorously for at least 1/2 hour sometimes. But it's hard to keep it up everyday. Based on some studies low levels of silica and/or iodine can contribute to early hair loss. I didn't realize just how important silica is until I started reading up on it. Silica is the second most abundant element on earth and most people are probably deficient in this as well as naturally occuring iodine. Not to mention calcium.

I don't really believe that any sort of vitamin/mineral/metal deficiency is the problem for most men.

Most men who lose hair on their head tend to grow much more hair on their body. If hair loss were due to poor health, then you would expect hair on the body to thin as well. I think androgens really are the key player, which is unfortunate because testosterone and DHT are really good otherwise.

I do moving ears scalp exercise. Just try moving your ears and you will feel your face muscles contract and this will also train your scalp.

Anyone tried this, have any results or info they could please share?
Thanks

I have been doing them for a few years and they have helped me improve my hair quality, loose less hair and regain some hair but you have to stay on top of it. Also try putting coffee into your shampoo it reduces DHT in the scalp.
