Hello there. I've started a hanging routine about 2 weeks ago, using my recently ordered BibHanger.

This is not my first time hanging, I've done it in the past with a VacHanger. However, I did it for a short period of time, like 1-2 months. I had to stop because of the irritation of my penis head (it looked like I was beating it with a hammer every day... I could stand the fluid buildup but not the irritation of the head).

I've been Penis Enlargement on and off for the last 18 months. No results in the length department, some results (not much) in girth.

So, considering my hanging routine, I'm doing 2-4 10-12 minute sessions per day, using around 7 pounds. I started at 5, but after some days I upped to 7. However, I don't feel any fatigue when hanging, so I would like to know whether I should up the weights again, until I reach a weight that brings some fatigue/soreness.

I think my LOT is around 9 o'clock. I have a partial loss of tugback at 9 o'clock.

What are your suggestions?
Thank you

1 pound a week. Until you find the weight then brings fatigue.

The weight I'm using right now does not bring fatigue, should I up it? (I'm using 7 pounds already)

Go for it. Try 10 lbs. Additionally, why aren't you hanging standard 20 minute sets? Try lengthening the amount of time you spend hanging per set. Also, one last question, I think, you do hang back to back sets do you not? If not this could be the reason for your failure to reach fatigue at the weights you are using.

Thanks for your post.

I'm using a Bib Hanger, so I'm trying (for now) to do no more than 10-12 minute sessions (until I'm used to it).

Sorry, my English is not that good, what do you mean by "you do hang back to back sets"? You mean consecutive sets?

I don't usually do that, it's more common to do (for example) 1 set in the morning, 1 in the afternoon and 1 at night. With some variations... sometimes I do consecutive sets but it's not common.

Well, I guess I'll add 1-2 pounds and try to hang 12-15 minute sessions.

Thanks again.

Exactly. That's almost the only way you're gonna reach fatigue, by continusly putting stresses on the ligaments.

You need to spend 2 hours a day hanging, so that is 6 20 minutes sets' a day.

Do

2 20 minutes sets' in the morning

2 20 minutes sets' in the afternoon

2 20 minutes sets' at night

Hi there.

I started hanging with 11 pounds (5 kg) and for the first time I'm feeling fatigue during my hanging sessions.

I'm also trying to do consecutive sessions.

I have one question though. I've searched in the forum for a lotion/cream that can be used to reduce irritation in the penis head that comes from hanging. The tip of my penis is irritated, it has some red/darker "spots" (I don't know the right word in English).

Do you suggest a moist. cream with Vit E? Or Aloe Vera lotion?

Thanks again.
