Is it necessary for the Blasters that I do Regular Kegels before the Reverse Kegels or would I have the same gains with doing Reverse Kegels only?

When doing Bundled exercises should I change the direction my penis is bundled after each stretch?

The kegel is more a way to pre-exaust the pc muscles in order to effectively stretch the ligaments.

Is it so important to kegal when doing twisted bundle stretches?, is this the same principle?

If you are including BLASTERS in any stretch they need to be done with the kegel and reverse kegel. This is what makes them blasters.

Well I kegeling while doing any stretching becomes second nature after a while. Don't make it another workout, Become one with your kegel.LMAO

I was doing bundled stretches today and ended up with a dark purple line on the underside of my dick. It scared me for about five minutes until it went away. I guess I might have overdone it a little.

The bundled stretches are a real challenge in this regard--to hit that gray area DLD was talkiing about--to maximize your efforts without overdoing it.

Yes, a little pe wisdom I have collected. Going by feel seems to be what we are heading towards?

I don't know about going by the feel. But I do know I can gauge temporary (and I hope eventual permanent) enlargement by the fact that it feels heavier.
