As bizarre as this question might sound ...I just wanted to hear from the members how they stimulate their penis to get that required erection for jelq or girth work sessions. The reason of this question being asked is that recently I have been interested in ballooning and jelqing and found ballooning to be very practical and an aid to P.E but then I came across the trigger zones and the none trigger zones of the penis and I am very much confused.

Usually I have my palm facing down and my thumb and index finger into an "O" shape and stimulate the head which includes the lower region (beneath the glans area which has been categorized as trigger zones as in it should not be stimulated) but the problem is that if i do the technique in this manner I can actually engorge my penis to a level that is not the usual. So I decided to try get an engorged erection using the non trigger zones (base , sides etc) and had an erection but not jelq worthy engorgement.

Is there any problem to doing my usual technique ... have any of you guys faced any problems stimulating the trigger zones whilst getting engorged to jelq

Thanks in advance ... and what other ways do you guys approach this problem?

the trigger zones

What are these trigger zones? I don't think I ever heard of this.

Hey Mike,

Well its basically the area below the glands including the frenulum ... its basically the area from below the glans to the circumcision area ...

Hope that helped ?

Is this that balooning thing from the Asian doctor? I get my best erections from slideing the foreskin backwards and forwards over my glans ... thats how I masturbate and its great. I compare it to having a clit as the area is so sensitive. That area around the Frenulum in me is very sensitive and when I touch it, well it doesnt really do anything positive for my erection.
