What would be considered a crazy hard session? Not wanting to hijack bandits thread but how much expansion should one expect to accomplish with a BM session. I try to pump to the max but with no gauge how do you know. I can fill the tube girth wise by the 3rd set, is this what one would look to accomplish?

You are looking for expansion beyond your normal maximum girth. It sounds as though you are doing this.

Thanks for the feedback D, I am definitely going beyond my normal girth. I would say that by my 3rd set I am maxing out the capacity of the X30 in girth but not length.

If you truly want to be successfull then you need to mimic natural blood cycle, i.e. slowly build up the vacuum into a comfortable level, hold it for maximum 1 minute, release the vacuum and let the fresh blood run for ten seconds - and start again. Do this pulsepumping for at least 30 min. per day and you'll be rewarded. Water based pumping is the way to go, brothers.

The hard part is to find a proper tube and a proper seal ?:( so you should forget too wide tubes and have a doughnut-like (TPR plastic) seal.

I have not tried this method but what kind of results do you see with it as opposed to the 5x5x3.

Well, the 5x5x3 looks good on paper but don't have motivation to run that program. Pulsepumping is easy enough so you stay motivated, and consistency is one of the keys for success. I also do some stretching with the tube so that the ligaments get their fare share.

My cock become veiny and rock hard after starting pulsepumping. I pity the fool who do only old fashioned static pumping :cool:

I've not heard of this before, but seems logical. If one was going to pump for a total of 30 minutes, what's the procedure for ramping-up the pressure while maintaining a fresh supply of blood?

Could you give us some details on what a session would consist of. I got the part about pumping up to a comfortable pressure and holding for a minute but do you do any jelqing in between sets or do you go straight back into the second set. In other words, how much time lapses in between sets.

I don't take off the tube at all, just do that cycle over and over again with supplemental tube stretching. This is a very easy procedure and it's easy to stay motivated, and with time the serious results will follow. Mixing different techniques may be suitable for someone, but I would argue that a typical man gets easily frustrated. I'm a math Ph.D. and my mind is filled with topics that are non-related with penis enlargement, but I can understand if someone is neurotic about PE and spends many hours per day with various methods :s

I don't have a gauge but I belive that one can feel the sensible level of vacuum; rookies should begin with low vacuum, but of course any veteran pumper knows what he's doing. Here is my pump that I use for water pumping, but now i use a longer tube with the same diameter.
