No. If I'm lazy I pump once a week to keep my gains. Long ago I had a break and noticed how I lost my girth but kept most of my lenght. The good thing is that when you are back with PE routine the gains are quicky reclaimed :)

Well, it takas only 5-10 min. light pumping once per week to maintain the size. But of course, those who do static pumping with high vacuum and "gain" lenght and girth are unable to maintain their gains, since it's mostly fluid. Pulse pumping that mimics natural expansion provides long lasting - maybe permanent - results. Supplementing with stretching and kegels is the winning combo :cool:

Rocky, does what you were reading give a time frame on how long it takes for the pumping gains to be lost

Its a general notion that pumping gains are not permanent, that once you stop pumping you will go back to your normal size. Now if this is true for pumping it must be true for jelqinng etc.

Perhaps Juhox can provide the timeframe. The amount of time it took him to achieve the gains vs the amount of time it took him to loose them.

Pumping gains are permanent so once you gain that size you can't reverse it. The only time gains are lost in length or girth is when they are not cemented yet. If these uncemented gains are lost they return almost immediately upon starting again. Gains can take anywhere from 30 days to 3 months to become permanent.

How do you know when they have been cemented?

We could ask BSA to stop pumping for a month or two and see what happens.

When you have taken a 48 hour break and measure these gains are permanent, temporary gains would be lost over 48 hours.
 
The longest break I've had in the three years I've been practicing PE has been 7 days, but 2 or 3 times per month I'll have a 3-day break...there was no appreciable loss that I could tell and as a side-note, I always seem to be able to reach my personal best within the cylinder following these mini-breaks...so go figure

hey guys I have a question on pumping with water, which is better low pressure or high, I would assume low to medium.

Low is much better then high pressure. Keeping with 3, 5, and 7 for the sessions, occasionally a 10 for brief periods.
