So my wife and I haven't been having sex at all the for the last two weeks (which is fantastic cause its been the best two PE weeks of my life.... Don't tell her that! 😝). I have been doing these bunded stretches and the normal ones (in all directions) but I couldn't help but think am I really giving it my all in every direction? So I tried to pull really hard while in the length master. I realized that I can't continuously handle that kind of pain, but if I pulse the stretch to a level way beyond what I'm use too, in a couple seconds my body allows me to get to that level of intensity without much pain involved (its adapting, and almost feels really great). The results from this has been interesting. For instance, last night my ligaments gave out after my stretches and just 13 min of hanging. I had to stop immediately cause it felt like stretched the crap outta it to the point of cramping. Tonight I did the same thing, though while my ligs didn't give out, they felt loosey goosey and now I can really pull my junk up my back during a BTC stretch.

This pulse stretching. IS this reverse kegeling while stretching with your LM? (yes i read your routine, just curious)

Does reverse kegeling while pulling really hard increase how much you pull out slowly? That's what i think of when i think of pulse stretching. Because I think of reverse kegel the pulse and you're holding a hard stretch then reverse kegel to pull your penis out more.

Other than that your routine looks very solid and great. Bundled stretches in hot shower is so perfect.

I used to do my whole stretching routine in hot showers but I was wasting too much water and too much time doing that. Heat is a very needed force in order to get the best stretch. Glad you're doing that :)
 
I made a thread about these not too long ago. I've completely gave up on just holding stretches for a period of time, with these you'll get a much more intense stretch, and I realized it helps to do as many reps as you would seconds, instead of 60sec, 60 pulses. Also I've been really interested in pulling out the extra dick we already have that's just hiding, something that's seeming to work fairly quick is if you can, use two hands and really really try to dig into your base and grip as best you can and with your other hand pull from the glans and pull with both hands same time, it's a struggle to get many different directions, but it's definitely working for me. Give it a shot, you may like it
 
Like with any movement you need to wriggle, and wrangle it around to help it divide quicker. This is crucial with expressive stretching where you must loosen the ligs surrounding the exit point

No sir. What I meant was that when we typically stretch, we push or pull with constant force in a certain direction. Pulsing the stretch implies applying a force in a certain direction for a small duration of time (in this case, approximately 2-3 seconds in duration with 1 second between pulses).

Oh I see. Sounds like a good technique. I wonder how differently holding a stretch can be from short bursts.

What I've noticed is that it allows me to break through this pain barrier. I just keep going and eventually my body adapts and allows for a stretch that I normally wouldn't be able to get through a constant stretch. I'm doing it to some workout music in the background. I think I'm going to turn this into the zumba of PE soon. 😁😁

Hahaha. Sounds good, let us know your experience with these bursts :)
 
From memory, PEgym had a guy who was around 9" and got to 10" just stretching straight out at full intensity for bursts lasting only 10seconds. It allowed him to not worry so much about pain. (I saw the progress pics)

Im not sure how many 10 second bursts he did but it would of been a lot, and you could imagine the fatigue you'd get. Your grip is guarateed not to fatigue during the stretch. Every 10seconds its full intensity, and with enough bursts, it adds up.

Can't remember how long it took him, but it was a matter of months, not years.

Im curious about trying it myself, but damn, I got so much to experiment with already

Interesting. I'd definitely suggest doing these every session. Example from last night was that after these sessions I've been feeling and looking bigger. My EQ has skyrocketed and I'm reaching places easier than I have before when doing BTC stretches on the LM. I keep replaying what DLD said which was something along the lines of pull up your cheaks to try to touch your lower back and go further! This is by far the easiest way of getting their (mostly by avoiding the intense pain associated with pulling), but I also believe its cause I'm exceeding a physical threshold in all directions due to the bundling + pulsed stretch action.

What I plan on doing is implementing these bursts into my routine by doing- my warm up stretches which are erect stretches and __________ stretch, then do the manual short bursts stretches each direction for 2 minutes.

After that I will use the lengthmaster while erect to stretch in all possible directions and i'll see how good of an addition these bursts will do me.

Sounds like an interesting theory that might go either way. Careful not to hurt yourself

When using the length master, you need to ease into the session within the first 5 mins. After that, start increasing the pulling/stretching force. Using the silistretcher to stay elongated in a semi stretched state after a very heavy 40 mins to 1 hour length master routine will bring the quickest gains.
