To do this exercise you must be in cardiovascular shape or else it can be dangerous because it raises your blood pressure. Do squads while you do inspiration and when you go up do expiration. After you do this regurarly you see your penis tissues become a lot stronger. Another exercise is to use bodybuilding belt for one or two hours, it strenghtens your diaphragm and urogentinal area. Do also chi kung exercises (iron shirt). After this exercises, be careful in penis exercises because it dilates a lot more.

How are you stretching the penis?

That's what we want, more dilation - blood flow - and stronger penis response.
I found this on youtube, a solid demonstration of the Chi Kung, 'Iron Shirt' motions and training. I do feel this is an under-used area and has true potential to boosting PE growth. Aim to work the muscles and blood-flow to the pelvic floor and the urogentinal area as the op - original poster - HEALTHY, calls it.

Follow the motions precisely. Focus, and ensure you are getting the motions and activating all the muscles,

I think it's just normal stretching, Healthy is trying to say that by doing certain body exercises it'll affect the state of the penis.

For example in a pre-exercise state you might not get the best PE workout, but after doing squats or wearing that belt you'll probably have a better reaction to PE than not having done the exercises.

Oh I understand, like squats bringing much more blood flow to the penis (lunges too.) Thanks for the tips my Brother!
 
Nothing like some pure speculation with nothing to back it up. Where are your citations? I do agree in being in overall good health, but the rest of the OP is nothing but conjecture. I for example think everyone should run at least 3 miles every other day because taking a shit can raise your blood pressure. Did you know many people die from heart attacks while taking a shit?

B-man, I take your point, but if we judged everything based on the availability or lack of citations, I think it is arguable that this forum wouldn't even exist.

The converse position could be taken, where are your citations disproving the potential of this?
I've been keeping my body in fighting condition for 2 decades. I did some clueless stuff in the beginning and I did plenty of unnecessary stuff later, I see there is potential for this on physiological principles which corroborate with my PE and body-function experience.

Ultimately, the best confirmation is the personal one. Test it methodically. If it works for you, you gain. If not then it doesn't disprove it either as we can't be sure about your technique or application.
So runs the endless trial and error on these forums and in most bleeding edge areas of human experience.

I'm glad you'll call BS on things that need to called though, else people are more likely to end up doing the unnecessary stuff as I once did.

well you cant really argue that his suggestions are BAD or unhealthy... the only one i have a problem with is learning Qi Gong because im pretty sure that would take like 10 years lol
 
Wearing a lifting belt is for power lifters. Doing so just for the hell of it is not going to auto-magically strengthen anything relevant to PE. Or will it? Lol I've taken some shits that probably could have benefited from me wearing one.
 
maybe it would? Ive never been much of a deadlifter so I dont really use weight belts.
But. creating that kind of internal pressure could strengthen the abdomen i suppose. If you do a stomach vacuum you'll feel everything from your anus to diaphragm. I'm sure the muscles around the genitals would be trained too. all this stuff would benifit breathing and bloodflow, but yeah your dick wont grow from squats or powerlifters would all have pringle cans between their legs...

I'm not trying to play devils advocate, I just don't want to shut down an idea that could have some merit... nothing wrong with being healthy. also you are a beast if you run 3 miles every other day, I might pass out after 1 right now

In other words, exeecises when done with PE aids the PE process. I've not been able to exercise for many years. I do get back pains some times and I believe the back pains around my upper back is as a result of lack of exercises.

I really need to do exercises for my body. I've been saying I will do it without doing anything in reality.

I still cannot figure out why I'm unable to add other body exercises into my daily PE routines. But I think it's because of the amount of time I spend in doing PE daily. As long as the mind is willing, I will surely find a way.

You are not alone in this. I have fell off completely from by physical exercises (going to the gym). For me it's the amount of time PE takes every day that's makes it hard.
