I want my flaccid length and girth to look somewhat similar to this :

I wasn't actually =P.......I'm just probably as bad at judging size as women are haha

That is usually the case, men are pretty hard on themselves.
 
You are very lean muscle guy. This helps with the optics. A friend of mine is probably around 9 inches and fat but he is also very tall and infact my dick looks bigger in pictures as I have similar body like you(even thinner I think)

I had woman estimating me at 10 inches infront of a cam and a good angle.
