Here is what I've been doing lately... I'll be resurrecting this thread later on to update if this "technique" actually works for me. I'll bet a lot of you already do this anyway.

After a good jelq session, get a nice woody (if possible...half hard is okay too) then wrap at the base and apply your clamp. Clamp down till your cock is super hard and engorged as fuck. Let it stay in the clamp for 15-20 minutes. Do multiple sets if you wish.

I'm gonna do this after every session from now on and see if it helps to "cement" gains faster.

Yea isnt this basically ADC? It is a very good idea to use this post girth workout.

Is ADC work performed at superhard level? I mean, if i undestand, this method is 15 mins at max engorgement. Do you maintain that all day in an ADC?

How do you guys ADC without it turning real red or bluish. No matter how little I clamp, even if it just tight enough to keep it on there, after a few minutes my dick turns dark red or blue, and that kinda worried me, so I just decided not to do ADC.

My dick always turns darker while doing ADC. There's never any numbness or loss of sensation anywhere however ;)

I'm still a little leary about doing these, at least 'all day'. But I might try going an hour or so after a workout.

No, this isn't meant as an "all day" thing. It was just something to do after a workout as sort of a "cool-down". You only stay clamped up for like 20 minutes then that's it.

Do any more than that and it becomes another exercise in itself.

Hey, how are you supposed to stay clamped all day and still be able to wear clothes? Wouldn't that be like trying to fit a boner into jeans.... all day long? Maybe clamping for a little bit of "plumpness" is okay, but for real clamping isn't your cock supposed to be fully engorged i.e. hard? I would think that for any kind of clamping to work, you would have to maintain a greater girth than a normal erection for a period of time. And wouldn't anything less just result in a fatter flaccid?

I don't know. Try what I said if you want. If you don't, then don't.
