Hi guys,

my lot is at 6 p.m.
I don't really do hanging for the moment.

what stretching exercises do you guys advise me to do at my lot?

if I use an extender which direction is the most efficient in my case?

If your LOT is 6 I would seriously suggest that you consider hanging. Yet, being that you want to remain with manual stretches then you should focus on stressing the tunica. Typically this is done by "upward" stretches, but there are also many tunica-specific manual stretches (discussed on this site - just do a search); a regimin which combines both would do service to your particular anatomy. If you have a traction-device, wear it up.

On top of that, I wear my vacuum ADS over the leg (around the waist) and I have a LOT of 6.

TheGrip appears to be an excellent system, but with one caveat: a high price-tag. If you dont gots the funds for that you might want to follow this here link ---> Autoextender Penis Enlargement Device

I wouldnt, however, recommend that you investigate vice-hangers such as the BIB although many swear by them.
 
I just ordered a static stretcher, I know it's an extender and does not really serve the same purpose as a hanger...
But I am concerned about the effect of vacuum on the penis head so for the moment I will just wait, it will give some time to get some extra cash.
By the way guys do you think of any other system that is less expensive and still brings good results.
The captain wrench looks good, but I find it really complicated to make.
any suggestions?
 
Dont waste your time with the Captain's wench. I put one together a few weeks ago and it will certainly not serve for hanging. Key concerns with the CW are discoloration of the penis and minimized blood circulation.

Its the most comfortable way to hang, and, while hanging the lion's share of the stresses are applied to the tunica and ligs en lieu of the superficial skin. On top of that, as a sort of added bonus, the running risk of developing "turkey neck" is much lower using vacuum devices. While we're on the subject of hanging I would suggest that you visit our hanging forum here if you haven't already.

I found a little "hack" to lower the price to $130 for the system, rather than $180 or whatever it normally is.

SO = means straight out , this can only be done by bolting a pully under your desk or table . when you hang the angle will be SO instead of straight down . Before i got my blister from the max vac , i was hanging OTS cause my lot IS MAD LOW:blush:

Well, when I hang SO, I either use my modified leg strap that TheGRIP sends with their Economy package, or I sling a weight over a lower bar in the closet (a pretty spacious closet, mind you.) With the leg strap, all I have to do is sit down and pull my leg outwards more if I want more tension (poundage). All I did was remove the blue clip part that limits the tension to 3 lbs, and I directly tie that little black bungee cord, wrapped through the hole in the chamber's connection of the trigger hook and the chamber device, and then strap it on around my knee and can sit down and be hanging SO with as much poundage as I want!

For SU hanging, I just use the top bar in the closet to sling it over.

Also, when I take naps in the bed I'll often hang 10 lbs OTL to the right or left, however, I'm feeling. Talk about prioritizing!

Stretching never really worked for me. And extenders only have so long before you run out of room and have to get new rods. Plus, if you're not using vacuum, you're going to lose sensation in your head, trust me, I've tried it.

I should have stated that when I take a nap my body doesn't get irritated that my penis is burning internally from the stretching. However, I could never hang over 2 lbs when going to sleep for the night. Why this is, I don't know.
 
I remember reading a thread on btc's forum [ before spam killed it] there was this guy that hung 5 or 10 pounds while sleeping , that has to be the weirdest shit LMAO

for me to get any sleep i have to toss and turn and count sheep for hours :blush:
