Just sounds like you're doing it right to me. Things get intense when you start doing more demanding exercises. I'm not at all immune to breaking a sweat sometimes. Usually when I'm tired and really forcing myself to stick to the routine.

I posted this in another thread but I never mind repeating myself:) I think, in your case, you should stick with a length only routine until you make the small gain you need to make to get to your goal length. I think you benefit more by focusing on one thing (length) rather than girth and length. I think you have seen your length goal as being something that is going to be difficult to make and I think that is what is holding you back. Conquer that length goal! Many have done it and when you get over that hurdle everything will fall in place.

I always have a fan on standby when stretching otherwise I will sweat too much. For pumping, I enjoy the sweat but same cannot be said for my bundled sessions with the LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging.

Wet makes length extremely difficult. I use plenty of baby powder when I am too sweaty

Maybe not so much related, but I sometimes get into a real good stretch, and from that stretch I'm experiencing a feeling of panic in my body. But I'm just rinding it out, to the end of my stretch (5 minutes per stretch).
