There are so many obvious edits to these photos. The ones where he is not measuring are all blurred, using the blur tool in Photoshop...you can see the blur as it appears to look shinny and as some stated, fluid build up. It is not fluid build up, it is simply a PS filter. The measuring tape on the 1st inch mark is duplicated too much so you can see the repeat pattern. As someone else stated, with a 3" wide penis the girth would have to be close to 8.5" which is obviously not the case.

The reason people do this? Low self esteem, identity issues, sexual problems, or maybe just a plain hustle to try to get laid. The guy probably has a 7" penis that girls told him was huge. I bet women even said things like "I bet it is ten inches" or the like. He most likely took these false comments and created a very tall tale and it most likely gets him laid. I would love to be there when a bitch breaks out a measuring tape and says PROOVE IT.

A good way to see if it is legit is to pose as a hot chick and ask for more photos. Ask for a video. Ask for a comparison to an average household item. Pose as if you want to pay him and see where he goes with that. I guaranty he will send no photos or videos. The best way to see the truth is to call his bluff.

The space between the 9 and 10 is larger than the rest. Just copy the photo and zoom in on it. Like DLD said, you'll see blur between all the numbers. Definite photoshop.
