hi bros, i have completed my first month using the phallosan, it was going well until the last couple of days, ive logged roughly 200 hours with 1 or 2 days off each week and now im getting a painfull burning sensation in the base of my penis from the foam ring.

I have a few questions and im just looking for any advice in how i can make it more comfortable really, i would appreciate any help please guys.

I have recently upped the tension to the high green area as i felt mid green was getting too comfortble, im wondering if i maybe upped the tension to fast, so my question is, if i lower the tension back to the mid green section for a while then in a couple weeks try upping the tension again could this condition my penis more so it will be less painfull or will i get this pain at that level of tension regardless of how conditioned my penis is?

Has anyone expiriened this pain and found a way to wrap the foam ring with something like a bandage to act as a cusion and it stopped the pain?
I have tried using cut offs of silicone sleeves as a cusion and ive also tried a sock, nither stopped the burning tho.

Has anyone replaced the foam rimg for something else that has stopped the pain?

I may try to use the phallosan belt as a leg strap insted but i cant figure out how to attach the velco end around my ankle or foot so has anyone got ny ideas on this?

i have a vlc leg strap which i used with the phallson and it worked relly well, i read somewhere tho that you need to use the phallosan belt to get the tension required, i was uing the vlc leg strap and i worked up to getting the tension into the red section but i read that its not putting as much tension on because its the phallosan belt that creates the tension not the springs :/ anyone have any thoughts on this?

one last question thats playing on my mind, if i do use the phallson as a leg strap around the ankle, ive noticed that when you walk with a leg strap on, when the leg that youre strapped to is in front of you as your walking is where it has the most tension but as you bring your other leg foward to walk the belt slackens so theres no tension on, so im wondering because i work 12 hour night shifts and i walk consantly, will this tension on/off all the time effect gains? or will it have the same results as tho the tension was just on constantly like when you wear the phallosan around the waste?

im sorry for all the question and i hope you guys can help.

thanks

Congratulations on 200 hours of Phallosan stretching! That is a great achievement and I feel confident that you will be happy with your gains once these issues are dealt with.

Upping the tension will cause soreness as it is a more intense level. If it is adding to the burning you are feeling I would return to the lower tension for maybe another week or so. If not, I would remain at the higher tension and address why the burning is really happening.

Many men have experienced that and there are solution throughout the Phallosan forum. There are also videos, if you were not aware. They are at the top of the sub forum here: Video Forum In addition to this I suggest trying your own methods to prevent and solve this issue as the more methods we have the better.

This should be covered in the video section. If not, the solution is simple. The velcro wraps around the ankle and is pulled tight and secured by the next wrap of velcro.

I have long supported men using alternatives in connection with the Phallosan. The VLC belt works great and should be used if it is more comfortable for you. Also, have no fear in venturing off to a Michael's Craft Store and put together your own custom belts, they carry everything you need to make any belt you could possibly imagine. These can be found at any fabric or craft store, even at some Walmarts.

Waste? No. Benefit? Yes. I created an exercise years ago called the Pulse 110's. This exercise hinged greatly on a stretch-unstretch sequence that is very similar to what is happening as you walk about. This is a very good thing and should be continued. To understand this better look into Pulse 110's.

I hope this helped
