I realize Peyronies can be a break in the penis Causing a slight curve or bend correct? Well my penis about midshaft (close to where i describe the bruising in my other post) has a ridge that kind of sticks ou. Its very small but if i actually push on it it feels as if there is a small gap in the tissue below. This also isnt where my curve begins. It begins about an inch below and curves to the left while this mark is on the right. Could this be Peyronies? Is there any pics of peyronise so i can compare? thanks

Hi, let me correct you and others, Peyronies is not: "causing a slight curve or bend correct?" Peyronies causes a severe break or bend. You do not have peyronies if you have a curve or bend. It is a severe deformatiy of the penis and you will know when you have it. Use the internet and look up peyrinies pictures, you will find a host of pictures and then you will thank God you don't have it. GS

Hey man, I have also noticed what feels like a ridge/soft spot near the base of my penis. I kept trying to figure it out until I realized it's (probably) just the location of a vein. See if that makes sense to you next time you examine it.

In fact , what you described is the worst imaginable peyronies desease outcome.
However, the impact on the penis differs greatly, from penis to penis...
some report bends , some report great loss of circumference, hourglass effects, some do feel the plaques , some don't , some have small plaques...some get the most severe impact but fully recover a year or 2 later...some don't , some get mild cases...

man, all in all, its a very very crazy and unfair shit...
get it checked, right now, dude , you could have it...

Tbirdy, I am sure there are various stages of Peyronies out there as you describe, but to call a bend or curve "Peyronies" is unfair to the individual or people who have a natural bend or curve. Peyroneis is much more severe than bends or curves. As to hour-glass, loss of circumference etc, it could be peyronies but mostly I find it is lack of conditioning. Many men let their penis get just as out of shape as they do their body and then when they want to use it, it is flabby and weak like their legs or arms.

I don't disagree about seeing a doctor if you are concerned but don't get overly upset thinking you have Peyronies. Tbirdy, do you have peyronies, or have you had it? If so, then you know that it is a severe condition. If you have not had it or have had only as you call it..."mild case" then you can't speak from experience. I don't agree that you can't recover from even the most severe case. Peyronies victums vary in what they want to do...some want to piss and moan that they have it and want to do nothing about it. Many men fall into deep depression and they quit trying. Others, want help and look for anything that will get them back into the active realm again. Almost all Peyronies victums have a break or severe "fold" that causes the severe bend. Shortening and loss of circumference is the result of the break or fold. I have never talked to anyone who had Peyronies that didn't have the plaque. The plaque size varies from individual to individual but all have had some. I also have seen many who have totally or at least recovered enough to have an active sexual life, and many, many have quit. Many wives have begged their husbands to do something and many have, they got divorced or went into deep depression because they didn't think there was an answer. The pills, the shots and all the other stuff don't do the trick. The real treatment is activity. Push blood though, make it work again and don't quit till you have a fully functioning schlong.

In closing my remarks, I stand by what I said that a "bend" is not peyronies. A "curve" is not peyroines. Correct me all you want, I just don't want someone with a natural bend or curve to be scared they have a condition that is going to scare them or make them depressed or defeated. By all means, if you think that you have Peyronies, go see a doctor. However, many doctors have never seen Peyronies. In fact, it is a condion that many wish they knew more about. I have had emails from doctors asking for help with some of their patients. GS

Well, if u used to have a perfectly staright dick and THEN suddenly get a bend or a curve 8no matter what degree) wich stays there for y year and then goes back to normal..then u definetly had a mild peyronies case.

"I don't agree that you can't recover from even the most severe case."

I didn't say u can not recover from severe peyronies..i said both :

"some get the most severe impact but fully recover a year or 2 later...some don't"

well , anyhoo , i think all in all we agree in most parts , and i respect u because I know u had severe peyronies and worked through blood and tears to get back what u lost.

i'm wondering if i got peyronies.

i jelqed a few times and noticed that the right side of my penis's body is getting thicker while the left seems to be getting thinner

I also noticed that my penis points left. I'm even pissing at a different angle ( it dont come out straight)
It seems strange when erect cuz my right side is thick, while the the head of my penis sorta points to the left.

I dont have pains, trouble getting an erections or trouble with orgasms.. So, I'm wondering if pains always comes along with peyronies??

All of this happend since i tried jelqing.
I'm being told that jelqing can't cause peyronies, and i see that its used to treat/prevent peyronies

So, I'm EXTREMELY confused; I dont know if my penis is crooked because of the way i jelqed?? or if I really did get peyronies??

TO KNOW FOR SURE YOU WOULD HAVE TO SUPPLY US with x-rays or you can go to your doctor:) I suggest getting it checked out for peace of mind.

I suggest you get to the doctor and have it checked out because no one here will be able to give you a certain answer. We cant examine you, nor are we medically trained to do so ... do the right thing and have it checked by a medical professional.

i did, he jus gave me vitamin-e pills and told me to come bak in a month

(i'm thinking about seein a different doctor though)

1 more question
do urologists (or doctors) know about jelqing??
