So if what I understand is correct, it is more that the skin is holding back growth of the penis rather than expansion of the cells inside.

This is a very interesting find and could have implications for Penis Enlargement if someone actually sat down and had a good think about it.

Things such as :
"Is it possible to stretch each of the two different parts of the skin to really help promote growth?"
"Is one of those parts of the skin that cross over creating more tension than the other, and is loosening that off the secret to massive gains?"

Just a bit of food for thought maybe for those who are more clued up about this sort of thing than myself :)

Surely what this implies is that rather than stretching just the ligaments (which is what we all start off doing when doing the "newbie routine"), it would be more beneficial to stretch the penis at different parts of it all along the shaft?

These areas are obviously harder to stretch, but more can be gained by stretching the actual penis as well as the ligaments, rather than just the ligaments.

Why is it that we are encouraged to only stretch the ligaments when starting Penis Enlargement? Are we missing out on another potential growth area by just focusing on this?

This is interesting, I'm not sure how we can apply this but it seems the inner layer would resist girth expansion and the out layer would resist length expansion, based on the fiber orientation shown in the video.

Would like to hear DLD's comment on this but it doesn't appear to me that stretching the ligaments is to the exclusion of what you're talking about.

With that said, I have noticed a lot of "new skin" on my cock since I've started Penis Enlargement.
