I shudder to think if friends/family that are already in Heaven can look down at any given moment, (this has messed-up a routine or two of mine, lol)

It would not be a good idea to let those thoughts enter your mind during PE sessions, talk about killing the mood, lol

They love you and completely understand you!

Indeed! The penis becomes heavier as we gain and as it becomes heavier you can lose erection angle. Kegels are the only way to prevent this. Kegels allow the penis to take in more blood and hold it there longer. If someone gained 2" and never strengthened these muscles they would definitely lose angle.

Yeah I understand on that part. But my question is do I always need to do the reverse kegels to avoid the tightness of my pelvic floor muscle everytime when I stretch my penis?? yes or no?

balance is the key, so if you're doing multi-sets of regular Kegals, it would make sense to employ an equal number of RKs. (I seem to find myself Kegaling involuntarily throughout the day, but I also don't have any tightness in my pelvic floor)

Agree 100% After a while it becomes a constant habit.

Badboy, Yes, you will need to continue to practice reverse kegels for the duration of your time. Both kegels and reverse kegels should be done for life as they avoid issues like continence and strengthen muscles responsible for eq. Think of Kegels and Reverse Kegels as gas for your penis, you always going to need to refill.
