Hi all,

Today I went to see physiotherapy to get a check up for my pelvic floor. She had put her finger up in my anus and she said that my pelvic floor are good as they are strong, but the pelvic floor muscle don't relax after when I squeeze my pelvic floor muscle. She said that I would need to do some practice at home to try to squeeze and relax the muscle when I breath out in order to try to release them. I want to make a double check with you to make sure that I am doing the right things as I do what she have said and also I want to make sure I don't want to cause the tightness of my pelvic floor muscle when I squeeze and release them in each time when I squeeze them as I don't want to build up the tightness to make the issue to get worse.

Do you recommend if I should squeeze my pelvic floor muscle and try to release them as I have to do what she have said??

I want to know that when my pelvic floor don't get relax, does they pull my penis and scrotum in the pelvis to make my penis to go small like a child size??

It sound likely what I have got as I want to make sure it is the right muscle that cause the tightness so I can work on it to try to release them.

I agree 100% with her diagnosis. It is actually a group of muscles that make on the pelvic floor muscles that travel from your anus to your abdominals. A total relax of these muscles is doing reverse kegels so I would focus on that. It is less of squeeze and more of a push. Both should be practiced, Kegels and Reverse Kegels, one will relax these muscles the other will strengthen them.

Thanks brother, I am going to do the reverse kegels to try to relax the muscle so hopefully it will work. I have been told by someone that it sound like I have a tense pelvic floor and it's out of balance??

If it is sound like what I have got then I would need to do the reverse kegels to help to relive the pelvic floor tension. I want to know if the reverse kegels would help my pelvic floor to avoid the tense and help the pelvic floor to relax while keep them to be balance??

Do you know how many times I need to do the reverse kegels in per day for the start slowly to get it to build up??

And do you know how long it would take me to relax the muscles??

When I have solve the problem, don't I have to do the reverse kegels again or should I always do the reverse kegels every time when I stretch my penis to keep my pelvic floor to be balance??

Reverse Kegels will immediately put your pelvic floor muscles into a state of rest and relive all tension. This is definitely a part of the imbalance and I would not ask how long you need too do these Kegels/Reverse Kegels, just plan on having the be a part of your program from start to finish. These will help strengthen the muscles, build endurance and allow for relaxed healing. Time is hard to tell, I would just start and see where you land, you have to do it one way or the other so you might as well start today.

you can also try 'sitting' on a tennis ball and do a bit of a rocking motion...this will act like a massage. Just place the tennis ball between your scrotum and anus and lightly sit/rock

Excellent idea and probably a fantastic way to do a Kegel session for anyone. I am going to give this one a try, very smart indeed.

just keep the curtains closed :)

That's why I liked and thanked! Prior to this piece of advice I had used a tennis ball on the balls of my feet. Can easily open up some tight knots. Other thing is to lie down and place one under your back, triggering certain spots. For back there are these rollers though, which manipulate a bigger area at once, but overall, a firm tennis ball is a very decent therapy tool!

I also think there's some certain tightness in my pelvic floor, so I'll surely utilize the tennis ball more often!

My curtains are always closed! And my pants are usually off :)

Do we dare ask how you came up with this idea LMAO. Sounds like a good idea though

Oh I see, I am going to try that to see if it will help me to get my pelvic floor to be more relax. For the last 2 weeks I has been doing the kegels to squeeze my pelvic floor muscle to hold it for 10 seconds then release it and repeats for 10 times, there has been some improvement. My physio has checked my anus with a equipment that go from my anus to the computer to see how my pelvic floor is and how tightness it is. She said that on the last time when she saw me as I squeezed and released the muscle it was over 13 which it should be below 10 so today when I squeezed and released the muscle it go on 7. :)

There are still more work to do. I am going to try and do the reverse kegels to see if it can make a big different. If it works then I can force on to do other exercises until I am fully cured :)

When I fix the issue, don't I have to do it again when I get back on the PE or should I always do the reverse kegels everytime when I do the PE??

Good to hear things are improving. Yes, you will want to continue with Kegels and Reverse Kegels through your whole career. These will p[lay a different role at that point. Reverse Kegels will serve to allow you to have no resistance when stretching. Kegels will continue to strengthen the muscles and deliver more blood to the ever growing penis.

Yep of course.

When my pelvic floor get release, won't I have to do it again when I get back on the PE or should I always use the reverse kegels everytime when I am stretching my penis to keep my pelvic floor balance?

Kegels and RK's should be a part of everyone's routines...as Mike mentioned, with any growth a supply of blood and strong pelvic floor muscles are needed to support it

Indeed! The penis becomes heavier as we gain and as it becomes heavier you can lose erection angle. Kegels are the only way to prevent this. Kegels allow the penis to take in more blood and hold it there longer. If someone gained 2" and never strengthened these muscles they would definitely lose angle.

Yeah I understand on that part. But my question is do I always need to do the reverse kegels to avoid the tightness of my pelvic floor muscle everytime when I stretch my penis?? yes or no?

I shudder to think if friends/family that are already in Heaven can look down at any given moment, (this has messed-up a routine or two of mine, lol)
