Hi,

I am doing Penis Enlargement since nearly 1 year. So far I am very statisfied with my gains but I fear that during a 2 month vacation trip through europe I might not have the time to do my regular 7 days/week Penis Enlargement programm which I have established over the last few month.

Can you please help me answering the question how I can do Penis Enlargement an mantain in lenght over this period.

To do jelquing exercises should be possible as there is some time during the travel to do some jelquing routine.

Any ideas ?

Another question is bothering me, as I am doing Penis Enlargement for some time now, I also fear that I might loose all my effors during my vacation as I think that during a couple of days I might loose all my lenght gains.

Any ideas how to establish and maintain gains after every session, so do not have to start from zero ever again. ?

I was afraid myself when I went for a 5-6 day vacation. But when I came back and realized I havent lost anything I got relieved. I never did any Penis Enlargement those days actually, (which is quite obvious ofc, gains doesnt disappear just like that..).

I would suggest just doing normal newbie-stretches for 15 min and some 10 min clamping every second day that would make you gain slowly but still being in shape and keeping your gains stable. I think jelqing is overrated..this reminds me about starting a thread about it.

I mean comon, it's a vacation? Dont work too hard, just a little every 2nd day would be enough I bet. =)
 
You are on vacation so make it a true vacation and give the Penis Enlargement a rest. If you are worried about gains that are not cemented then I suggest you do a light workout a couple times per week.

Try this routine:

10-Minute Workout
I designed this routine for the guy who wants to Penis Enlargement but does not have the luxury of time. I packed a daily routine into 10 minutes. The beauty of the routine is the ability to do it almost anywhere without suspicion. It requires no lube so there is no clean up. It is also extremely intense and complete to maximize the biggest gains that you can make in a 10-minute period.

Warm-Up
Ball & LIG PC Stretch:
In a seated position grab your ball sack just above your balls and stretch down while with the other hand grabbing your penis just below the glans stretching upward towards your chin. Pull to a solid stretch. Do 25 PC Squeezes in this position now switch positions so your balls are pulled up towards your chin and your penis is pulled down-ward. Pull to a solid stretch. Do 25 PC Squeezes.

Length Routine
Basic Stretching:
Down to the center. Grab penis just below the head pull to full stretch potential and hold for 30 seconds

Up to the center. Grab penis just below the head pull to full stretch potential and hold for 30 seconds

Girth Routine
Dry Jelq:
Ten 10 second Jelqs
Get fully erect. Kegel as much blood as you can into your penis, then grab at the base and form a trap the blood with a standard OK grip. Now take the free hand, using an OK grip, slowly over a 10 second period milk the blood from the extreme base to just below the head.

3 DLD Isolated Compression Squeezes:
In a 95% erect state Kegel as march blood into penis as you can now trap this blood at the extreme base using the standard OK Grip. With your other hand grab your penis just below the glans (head) Now with some good pressure push these hands together so the area between the hands is compressed. Once in a compressed state make small rotary movements to the penis in space between your hands. Do this for a 30 second count.

I started Penis Enlargement before about 2 years and in the begining it was great,but i wasnt doing everyday and it has passes some time so i was re-started again and few times like that and before 3 months i re-started again but something wasnt good.

my flacid shape and semi-erect is a litle bit heavyer tissues(most probably caused from preforce stretches,or i was something doin wrong OR maybe its thrombosis of vein cuz i got vein from begining penis till under glans)

so is this nothing or something bad cuz before staring Penis Enlargement everything was great(i had that vein but my flacid shape was 100%relaxed and when i was jelqing my semi ercet was great for jelqinig

and what to do??i was thinking some hot warm ups everyday 10-15 min and KEAGLES,what do u think

im not doing for 3 months but i want this shit go away cuz i have so ultra mega will to start again

DLD,pls give some advice:
-may i do some excersies(stretches or some others)
but to not exarcebate situation
-when i can start again(i know when situation calm down but when?xD
-what to do to for my flacid shape,what to do to get more relaxed flacid shape and also semi-ercet cuz this is important for doing jelqing am i right(cuz in my semi ercet its more heavyer tissues than relaxed
-and is it maybe thrombosis of vein and if it is what to do
 
Lots of sexual activity will help you maintain your gains ;) , and the rest from 7(!) day a week workouts will likely yield gains.
