I want to buy a few extenders to fix my moderate upward curve (the added benefit of increasing the size is certainly compelling as well) but I am not sure how to go about it. I have a shared mailbox and I'd hate for other people to find out what I was buying.

So, it possible to get some of this product without them having the word penis written all over?
