Hello guys, i'm new to PE and i would like to share my "routine" with you to get some opinions (I'm sorry if my English is not very good)

I'm following this routine by DLD : "Gain 1 Inch in 12 Weeks...The Ultimate Workout! EVERYONE CHECK OUT!"

But i dont do the girth part and i don't do it 100% cause of everyday life.

I'm doing this with no days-off, and with no underwear
In gross, it's not really a routine : i warm up then do all the stretches It takes about 30min. Then i put my SG or use uncle jim's wrap if i'm not solo.
I'm trying to use my SG at least 3 times a day 1.5 hours (4.5 hours in total). I adust the tension to hold at least 30min but in the last session i have sometimes a pain at the base of the penis so i decrease the tension. (the first session is more an active exercise and the third a passive exercice for health)
When i'm not wearing SG i use the Uncle jim's strap to stay extanded the most possible even at night but with a light wrap.
Between SG session or every two/three hours i do another streches session where i repeat 1,2 or 3 times according to how i feel it.
2-3 days a week i'm doing an edging session in extra.
At the end of the days, i feel a kind of tiredness everywhere in the penis especially at the glans and at the base and it's a bit hard to have a full erection.

So, i would like to know if what i feel is a good sign, if my routine is good for you ?

If the fact of always wanting to have his penis extended is a good idea ?

The general idea of my routine is to remain a maximum extended after a lenght exercise like SRT say. I'm right ?

I have other questions but it will do a lot for this post. I'll see later
 
Yes my Brother this is a very good routine and you understand it quite clearly. I am impressed with your English being not your language! If you ever can not ask a question in English for whatever reason use your own language many of us can answer you. But keep on practicing that English, you are getting close! Thanks for your quick answer, i don't know if it's my EQ but i feel like i have won 1/5 inch.

I have to more questions :

- Can i use Uncle jim's wrap as wrap with the SG ? It's for me more easy to use and more comfortable
- If i wear the Uncle Jims wrap under underwear, does that still restrict the gains ?

I believe the extender, would be more effective, if you used a small amount of wrap, at the base, and behind the glans, for comfort.....but, yes, you could use it wrapped. And no, your gains aren't affected, when wrapped.....unless they're just extremely tight. But, once your penis is extended, and held there by wrapping, it doesn't care, if there's any shorts there, or not. Good luck!

its great,but my advice is don't leave out any part of the newbie routine,if it wasn't important it wouldn't be there :)

I would add a warm down just to be on the safe side. I usually try to get blood recirculating by roll it between both my hands if that makes sense. Other than that just stay consistent and everything else will fall into place.

helicoptering works too
 
Deep tissue massage with some warm oil is a very good warm down and will leave the skin supple and help with discoloration and other skin issues.

What you are feeling is a good sign and I want to suggest you do Kegel regularly to help with erection.
