OMG whats happening

Shit I know that I have a few threads on here now but I just realised something and don't know if this is normal or what is happening but I just checked out my jhonston and realised that at the base of my shaft it is gaining girth and then at mid shaft it has still gained but not as thick at the base and from mid shaft up it has gained girth as well so my dick is kind of looking like a hour glass if you know what I mean. So is this a grat thing or really fucking bad. I did my Penis Enlargement last night and I went pritty hard at it could this just be a temperoary thing from last night.
I have also started to take horny goat weed so could this be some effect from that.
Help me please.

So what about head I mean it really looks like a houe glass girth I am starting to think this is a good thing I feel that my glans have been forced to accomodate for the extra blood that has been forced in them and have expanded so I am very pleased.

There is skeletal muscle at the base of the penis. Skeletal muscle responds quickly to stretching. Gaining base girth as a result is common.

I've read that the one of the actives in HGW (Icariin) has been shown to increase the size of the smoothe tissue in the penis. I can't remember where I read it but that's what got me interested in Icariin.

I used to take these pills that had HWG in it and I have the same thing !

it doesn't seem to effect anything and since i start manual Penis Enlargement i have seen it less but when its back there is even greater contrast!
