is not cumming bad? I haven't came in months I just edge ALOT after my PE sessions but never let myself get to the point of no return where I need to SQUEEZE to hold it back. I go right before that and stop because I read that it's bad to let it get to that point and hold it in.

I do this every day except once in a while I'll take a day off. my PE sessions are like 1 - 1 1/2 hour long and then I edge for like 10-20 min after.

as long as your not getting intense pain from blue balls ( can be quiet painful ) then you should be all good to go dude , if you don't feel like releasing shouldn't be a problem. I am not a doctor after all so see if someone with more insight chimes in

It is a terrible idea not to allow for orgasm. I am not telling you to masturbate all day but I am saying at least once per week. It is a use it or lose it deal.

Maybe look into different tantra methods. I cum all the time now, but one at one time. I was fucking everyday. And I never came for a whole year. I would always hold it, and direct the energy up. But. It issss important to RELEASE!!!

Holy shit it's really that bad? I thought I was doing good.. lol going crazy. Okay I will edge for 20 min and then release every 4 days? would that be a good routine or should I do more? Every 2-3 days? or every 7 days? or would it be healthier to do it every day?

What you mean orgasm and ejaculate are 2 different things? Are you talking about DRY orgasm? when you hold it in and orgasm with no cum? Isn't that bad for you though? like you get blue balls and I read it's bad to hold the cum in when you get to the point of no return?

I did look into tantric. Interesting. Kind of like edging. Build up the sexual energy and live in the moment until the finale but dont think about the finale.. lol Except I've just been building it up with no release ever..

Yes, orgasm and ejaculation are two different set of actions. Tantric guides might explain it; yes, a lot like edging. (In a way Dry orgasm is way to put it; orgasm without ejaculation. Not necessarily a bad thing if it's like a session where you go for dry several times and then release it!)

From what I've read, releasing 2-3 times a week is a healthy amount. I usually go for once a day, but just had a three day pause.
We're all individuals, so of course listen to your body. But overall, releasing will clear out your tubes so to speak of and that's a good thing. Nothing bad with edging; one could see it very beneficial for girth work actually!

So, all in all, listen to your body, overall suggestion is the 2-3 times a week releasing a load.

This; also not ejaculating on a good basis can lead to this kind of build up (like blackheads on your skin!), so it's a good idea to release every now and then, either by self service or with someone. Orgasms and ejaculation are two different things though, often arrive together, but one can control the orgasms and ejaculate. And I've had times when I've ejaculated but the orgasm wasn't so strong.
Just a note that they're two different things, usually occurring together for most men of course.

Indeed!

Dude, I know exactly what you mean by dry orgasm but here's the thing. When you hold your cum and dry orgasm over a period of time, when I finally DO want to cum it is REALLY hard and only a few dribbles come out and I feel very unsatisfied, do you know what I mean or is it just me?

Ahh, so nice to have people to talk to about this shit without it being awkward... lol

I do like this. On exercise day which happen every other day, i edge afterwards without cumming. The next day when i have "day off" i edge but release. I keep this pattern going.

How often are you allowing for orgasm?

Orgasm frequency should be age-based (generally speaking). The younger you are, the more times you can cum, per week, without "burning out your wick".

Holding off on cumming for too long can result in seminal stones.

Like DLD said, use it or lose it. I'm 46 and just went 5 weeks without cumming just for the hell of it ... my sex drive went down ... not up and when I came, there wasn't that much cum. A few days after cumming, my sex drive perked back up again.

I guess it varies from person to person. I'm trying the no / no fap diet and have started this on March 1st, so that will put me on 90 days pretty soon. During this time, I haven't masturbated/edged. I don't know much about the science behind it but, as others have said, holding it in is bad. Some people have the notion that if you don't use it you lose it. As I stated in my opening, it must vary from person to person because after almost being 90 days in, my EQ is way stronger than it was when I was "using" it and my length/girth has remained the same throughout this time. I also noticed my nerves are more sensitive down there, which may be a good or bad thing depending on how you look at it. I have attempted to do some manual girth work (ssj) and have stayed harder longer than when I've done it in the past. I'd still like to have some pills on hand to help my sessions last longer though. I also have more control over my sex drive than when I was masturbating. All I used to think about was sex and finding ways of relieving myself (ie. going home straight to the computer and wasting hours looking at videos/pictures). Having sex with a partner is fine as that's the natural way of doing it but, masturbating, IMO, is not. Again, this is all based on my experience and it may be different for everyone else.

So long post short, and as others have said, do what works for you short of holding it in as that may have a negative impact on your health.

There is no real issue with attempting this but maintaining it will take some serious will power. Expect to mess up and don't be too hard on yourself. And remember that holding back an orgasm for too long is not a good idea.
