Hello all!

I'm currently starting DLD's Newbie routine and want to know if this has decent increases for girth? I've read about SSJ and am planning to include them into my routine after about a month or so of the newbie routine. Any other suggestions on how i can maximise girth gains?

- I'm 19 Years old if that constitutes towards variables
 
You are right on point with what you have posted. Start by maximizing the expansion from the basic jelq and when you feel ready add the SlowSquashJelq. The faster method would be following SRT and utilizing the other awesome methods to enlargement that truly speed things. If you follow the Newbie Program and progress with practice and consistency you can see gains in girth that others have enjoyed, up to an inch in a month.
 
Thanks for the swift response! I read through your SRT thread and found it interesting and hope its something i can do in the future as its hard to buy equipment whilst trying to get through university;p
 
Don't worry about the specifics, just try and get a firm grasp of the theory. Equipment can come later.
