So I'm new to this forum.
Here's my plan:
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Basic Jelqing

For First 2 weeks - 300 2 Second Jelqs

I have a few questions.
1. How do I do the rotary stretches? And the cranks? Like twisting a nob? Or what?
2. What else can I do to see improvements ?

I'm also not familiar with all the talk so try to keep it simple.

You will feel some new sensations, tingles and twinges when you first start. You may also have some soreness at the base of the penis, this is also expected. Your routine is a great routine and perfect for a newbie.

Rotary stretches are when you pull your penis straight out in front of you and do small to large circle, almost like you are starry a pot of soup.

Feeling more normal about it.

Those are totally normal feelings and thoughts.

I do pretty much all my Penis Enlargement sitting.

Pulling percent? Starting out, pull with what you feel comfortable handling. The more you do the more you will subconsciously feel that you can apply more pulling power. Than after several weeks or maybe even sooner you will be like, "Let's do this shit! I'm going to pull harder today." Once you discover that you didn't hurt yourself, you will slowly keep pushing the envelope. THEN, you will eventually feel like you are pulling as hard as you can with the basic stretches to the point that you are asking that it's your grip that's holding back from your strongest pulling potential. Some answers to that now are: baby powder or gloves. I like my leather baseball batting gloves. Some guys use golf gloves and others use a latex. I don't recommend the latex because it rashed up my hands after wearing them from 40mins of stretches and didn't leave my dick in too a good of a condition either.

Bottom line, pull as hard as you are comfortable with and test the water with more once you become comfortable. End state, you want to be eventually pulling as hard as you can, or at least that how I hear DLD describe it :)

Some recommendations to your routine, do more jelqs. I like jelqing for a period of time instead of counting reps. Counting is too distracting for me and boring. Jelq for 15-20mins. I have read guys get great results with 30mins. Next recommendation, add a kegal sub-routine daily into your work. You might think you screwed up your dick after a week or two of stretching when you erections don't feel as strong. That's your dick big being little bit bigger or stretched now and will need a healthier PC muscle to pump more blood in there. Kegals will do this. I do them all throughout the day. All the time when I'm driving, when I'm txting, anytime! But you can get by with a routine that DLD has in his newbie routine.
 
I don't have enough time in the day to do all 3 reps at once. Will my results be affected if I do it at 3 different times of the day? Like morning, day, night?

That is just fine, as long as you are getting it all in you will gain. Multiple stretching routines is always advised if you want to gain length quicker so many others have used a split routine with success.
