Dedicated Bundled Stretches

Hello! I'm a relatively new member and I wanted to get everyone's opinion on this method. I'm pretty new to PE and I recently purchased the LengthMaster and Silistretcher in order to gain as much length as I can. However, I figured if I just do bundled stretches I may get some girth as well which is also desirable. My routine looks something like this at the moment. If anyone has any suggestions in order to improve it let me know. It's basically just DLD's Newbie routine just all bundled nothing complicated since I'm still new. Take care!

Warmup 10 minutes Heatingpad

All Bundled Stretches:
Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Warm down 10 minutes Heatingpad

Silistretcher overnight.
 
I like this routine it’s very simple and complete. And I also wanted another brother to try a strictly bundled routine. Red is doing this and having great progress. I think you’ll see similar growth. But I’m very happy you’re doing this because it is a great experiment in bundled stretching.

Yes @REDZULU2003 Is doing the same thing if you want to check in on his progress. So between the two of you I should get some really good data. Be sure to give us updates so we know how things are going. I have a lot of confidence in this

Great I'll be sure to look into his progress. A quick question though. I can wear the silistretcher for about 2-3 hours before my skin on my shaft starts to hurt. I apply plenty of grip powder as well. Is this something that goes away with conditioning and just wearing it as often as possible? It just feels like a slight burning sensation that stops after a few minutes of having the device taken off. Other than that no issues.

yes it will get better and better. In the beginning you will feel burning sensations because you’re stretching your skin to make room for new elongation. But wearing it for 2 to 3 hours and taking it off and putting it back on after you’ve returned good blood circulation also possible.

Alright awesome.I was able to sleep through the night with it on so I will continue to do so and post new thread updates as I go. It'll be weird to take pics but may as well for evidence.

Nope! I did keep it on a lower intensity however. So I will continue to increase the intensity as I get more accustomed to it and see how my body reacts. I suppose I just need a few days to break it in. I hope to see some progress by the third month mark as I've worked up to stretching everyday.

what great news!!! And be sure to be progressive but cautious.
