Hi all I used to frequent years ago and never thought I had noticeable gains. Now I measured and looks like I shrank a bit.
Anyway I remember there being a theory that said you should focus on girth or length based on your erection quality? Does anybody know what I'm talking about and where to find that post?
Also I'm just lost in general I think before I did some 90 day beginner routine twice at some point in my life with no success. Gave up but remotivated now that I lost some length.
