Hi. Ive been doing girth work mostly with very little if any gains made. I wanted to get a routine for both girth and length.
i was planning on doing
Length work -
afternoons - JPs 90 day beginner routine - daily.
Evening time : the 5x5x3 routine for girth.
after the 90 days for length once i feel accustomed to length work i was going to change to the lengthmaster (which ive had for a year and have yet to use once) and just continue with 5x5x3 for girth.
do you think this is a solid idea for a routine? Any help is much appreciated
