Srt 5x5x3 results

Hi
Im doing srt 5x5x3 for around two months now. Every other day or so. And i havn't noticed any clear gain in width so far. How long it usually take to grow width with srt?

P.s did have gain in length lately from other exercises i guess

If you're not seeing growth, doing it Every other day then I suggest you start doing it daily.

Every day. There are some downsides though. I came out of the pump yesterday at 6.25 and went to town on the wife. Now she said she's glad she's working the next two days, so she can heal up.
