Hi All,

New to the forums so thought I'd give this a try. I'm about 6.5 inches erect length and nearly 7 with bone pressed, about 5 inches in girth. I would like to give jelqing a try, Maybe get to 7.5 inches erect length, will this be possible with jelqing? or is this mainly a girth excercise?
 
Standard jelqing does provide plenty of length gains because the tunicia expands in all directions.

Slow squash jelqs seem to be mainly girth exercises.

So the answer is yes, build upto at least 600 or even more if you can handle it.
