when i hang with my foreskin retracted i seem to get a better ligament pull but the hanger has to be much tighter resulting in my glands discoloring..the color goes back to normal after a while but I'm afraid if i continue hanging this way I may cause some kind of permanent damage..I have noticed a slight increase in flacid length and its been about a month and a half since I started hanging..no increase in erect length.eq went down but bib said this is normal while the penis is conditioning itself to the exercise but i don't know if its from poor technique or not...I read somewhere that uncut people hang with there foreskin covering the glands so i tried this method but it felt like I had more skin stretch than anything. Bib recommends retracting right below the glands to stretch out the penis while wrapping then letting go resulting in the foreskin covering the glands. it is more comfortable hanging this way and i am able to hang more weight but i feel like this method is counterproductive. I feel that if i hang with my skin retracted it is the same as somebody who is cut is hanging. I know that you are supposed to stretch your skin to accomodate a bigger penis but I feel this is only necessary for people who are circumcised. I would like to know which is the most effective method as I do not want to waste my time or end up with just a lot of foreskin. If anybody has had any good gains without retracting theyre foreskin using a bib starter plz let me know!!thx
 
Do not worry too much about glans discoloration, it is largely a temporary condition (hours) I have rarely heard of a man who has experienced permanent head discoloration. Just be sure to get as much blood out of your glans when you are wrapping. If going heavy make sets shorter. Be good with massage after your workouts and don't go too long in restriction without taking off hanger and returning good circulation.
