So I've been using my penomet for a solid 3-4months and haven't seen much gains at all. Just a little girth gain and no length. I'm looking for a good hand stretching routine that I can do before or after I use the pump to help assist in my length gains. I started doing this this morning but I don't know if its going to help.
Pull straight forward 1min, right 1min, left 1min
Pull straight down 1min, left 1min, right 1min
Pull straight up 1min, left 1min, right 1min

Is this going to help or is there more stuff I can add to this that will help more?

I guess by now you know the penomet is not a solid pump. Get yourself the mityvac pump. For length, I suggest you buy a length master. This two devices will give you all the length and girth gains you seek.
