I needed a vacuum attachment. There are such modifications available but there is a problem. Time consuming. Second they use thick silicone sleeve . This will pull more skin and gets uncomfortable and feel itching on my penis. I tried thick silicone on phallosan, so I know. Modifications are modifications they are not the very ultimate.

I know extender is a very good way to gain length , the best way and fastest. LM also very good tool but again wrapping problem. I know for more stress work I will buy LM later.

So I needed an extender with an in built vacuum modification. I had 3 options.

SG with vlc tugger. Penimaster pro and size doctor.

SG with vlc tugger did not buy because I am uncut . I know vlc is for uncut and tlc for cut but my reasons. Penimaster pro again wear condom sleeve and all that time consuming. All this not in size doctor so I purchased.

DLD said no for size doctor for lighting did not approve it. I would have not discussed about size doctor here if you would have thought I am just doing bla bla.

Request DLD if he gives permission I can show the packing and its picture and more. But only if he gives permission.

i can wear phallosan at max tension it's no problem. I have done it many times. But there is a flaw. The distance between the two rods of an extender is less as compared to the medium and big bell of phallosan. When you attached phallosan to an extender the vertical line of axis of your penis moves upward in relation to the horizontal line of axis of the rods of an extender. Thus your penis glans will be up and the other part will be down. This might cause a bend of glans down ward. The big bells if put on extender will disturb the line of axis too much.

Have you tried to ask other Phallogenetics users if they are having the same problem? I think maybe it is because you are not doing it with the SG. When you wore the your extender/Phallosan combo at max tension how many hours are you able to wear it before taking it off?

hello all extenders distance between the rods are the same. I was the first to combine phallosan with an extender , then ykm made a vedio for MOS. We later combined with SG and invented the name phallogenetics. Take your time to find the old threads. All extenders are based on 8 mm or 9mm rod diameter rest other parts dimensions are nearly same.

Check the vaccum modification for extenders made by monkey bar. It says for any extender of the world only have to tell the rod diameter.

hmm how to explain you the line of axis. When I get time in office I will draw and show you and will show pictures. For your knowledge and for the brother hood. Done a lot research on extender. I can tell you all nuts and bolts about it.

Not recommended to wear extender with phallosan at full tension more than 60 minutes. Or may be more depends on person to person. For you cannot escape water retention at full tension. Full tension also means extender pointing down wards. I wear my extender in all clock positions. 1 to 12. i also give twist to my penis. For this I use a slippery medium at the base of an extender

I do agree with the fact that it's not recommended to wear the Phallogenetics at max tension for more than 1 hour due to water retention. Aimingforthetop named the combo Phallogenetics.

I wear for it hours and yes at max tension. Although I feel like my springs aren't as strong as they used to be. I need to upgrade them.

I honestly had no idea what the hell you were talking about at first but now I think I do. You just mean that the big bell size for phallosan throws off the angle when you strap it to an sg. That may be true. I haven't tried it with the big bell yet. I only wear the big bell on days when I'm really full, like after a bathmate or girth session or sex. I mostly use the medium size and it is perfect for the sg or jes.

I mean the bell is placed on top of the plastic part where you tie strap. Now the angle is displaced. Check vlc and tlc you will understand the line of axis.

Yeah... I get what you were trying to say. And I just tried the big bell on mine and it doesn't "disturb the line of axis" or make my dick go at a weird angle at all. It's completely straight. It's not 100% parallel with the rods, it's at a slight upward angle compared to the rods but it's barely noticable and what does that even matter? My dick is being stretched straight out just like it's supposed to be.

Your posts are very questionable, I gotta say. I feel like you don't always know what you're talking about and you're just saying whatever random thing you can think of to get your post count up. I'm not trying to start anything but I swear you and your buddy templnite post some of the weirdest stuff, and that's putting it mildly.

That is awesome that you are getting so many hours logged! I guess all the use is causing some maintenance needs

I figured out how to change the springs. Now I just need to find ones that have the right stiffness to them. I'm gonna try walmart and Lowes first. Jes sells replacement springs but they're criminally overpriced. $20 +shipping for 2 springs. Besides I want to go a little stronger than the ones they have. If anyone has any tips or suggestions on what to look for I'd appreciate it.
