right myself believe in both doing more the better and doing less and rest more.
If you look at the women who stretch their necks and people who stretch their lips and ears they apply pressure constantly for weeks on end to stretch it out with no rest. So can this be applyed the same way to stretching the penis out but like insted of just doing 2-3 sets of hanging a day do as much as possible through out the week with no rest.
But then i see it in another light (bodybuilding) which i do and have done for years now train a specific body part one day and then let it rest for 48-72 hours before training it again can this be applyed to the penis train it one day with alot of intensity and then rest for a day and then repeat again the day after.
I have read alot of people gaining from both ways! but i feel more inclined to do more the better, i would love to here from the vet's to here their side of this story? sorry if this has been covered millions of times.
