I believe the criterion is the same as the monthly...number of posts/likes, overall presence and what you contribute to the whole

I am sorry my Brothers, LIGHTNING is very sick and just got out of the hospital. I was unaware of this as I have too been sick. I will try to take care of as much pos this as I can in case He is not back soon.

Yes sorry guys, I was in the ER and have serious fluid build up thats suppose to get drained tomorrow.
