Hey guys.

I'm new to Penis Enlargement and started a routine with the SizeGenetics.

However, I would like to do some manual stretching as well to help speed up gains.

I bought a heating pad and put it in the microwave for 1 min. It's nice and hot, so I put in on my pelvic area and penis for around 10 mins. My penis is nice and warm after, but I notice the heat goes away very fast. After 1 min my pelvic area and penis start reaching room temp, as does the heating pad, so I have to microwave it again for 1 min and put it on for 10 mins again.

This seems kind of counterproductive. What am I doing wrong? I haven't done stretching to any significant resistance because of this.

And as far as resistance, how hard am I supposed to pull? I've read some threads of guys pulling as hard as they can. I work out and lifts weights. I won't win any powerlifter competitions, but I'm strong enough that I could probably tear my penis off with my arm if I pulled hard enough.

Any ideas?
 
After 5 minutes of the first hot pad application, just begin then. Once your stuff is initially warmed up get to work and it'll stay loose from the workout.

You might try the electric heating pad? Mine was maybe $15 at Target or Walmart and I do taco my SG'd package up in it once I'm to that stage...

So read SRT and do the basic manual stretches in it, including an initial kegel series while stretching straight out or up... to tire your PC muscles of the pelvic floor. Then RK, reverse kegel in every stretch.

I started with about 30 Mins of basic stretches 30 seconds each, and added more time and more stretches after time of experience.

Check my firtst routine progress thread in my sig, the SG and basics one....

I emphasize Btc, behind the cheeks stretches, and rotaries, throwing in extra sets of those in my manual routine. Also in between each hour of SG I take off my wrap and do 3-5 Mins of btc, rotaries and one __________.

For exotic stretches I've more recently found that __________ stretch because it feels like an expressive fulcrum stretch using just your hand. Smart.

Lots to pass on to you but rather that rewriiting my book ill just point you to the links in my sig for your answers.

The fat pad does hide inches of size. This is why you need to rid yourself of this issue
