Manual stretching all in one go or in little sessions?

I've been doing a lot of manual stretches in recent months and I was just wondering whether stretching in longer, half hour slots is better than stretching in smaller 5 to 10 minute slots?

Does it have any effect or is it all pretty much the same?

I believe its all the same, if u do 2 sessons at a half hour or 12 five min or 6 ten min sessions as long as the intensity stays the same.

For some reason I like btc stretches with the LM and I sit on my bed and slowly lay back. Manual stretches don't really do anything for me. I would say best time to do it is before the SG or between the SG hours. At first it's all about light quick sessions. Eventually you will find yourself naturally doing longer sessions. But who wants to sit and stretch for a half hour or even 20min. I like to keep it in the 5-10 min. range. I'm liking what DLD's routine says to do. But with manual stretches I just don't get enough of that good hard stretch like the LM gives me.

Basically with the LM you can do those intense stretches for 5-10 min. and accomplish what would be roughly an hour worth of manual stretching.

Yeah I know, I'll be buying a Length Master in September.

Thanks Twins & Truant. I've been doing 30 minute sessions but I would prefer to do smaller sets, which is what I will do from now on.
