Hi everyone, I have gone from about a 6.7 BPL to around 7.5 BPL...now what can I do to keep the gains coming up steady? I am a size 36 now, and my goal is to be at least size 30 in waist. I know I still have a lot of fat pad in my groin so I will focus on losing more weight, but are there any more challenging exercises I can do?

Good gains. Congratulations. Is that BPEL or BPFSL? Also, what's your current regimen and how are your PIs? There's always more intense exercises you can move onto (don't go hanging a truck from it) but you need to make sure you select the correct exercises to maximize your gains.

EDIT: what are you doing to loose weight? I have a 1"-1 1/4" fat pad and it's killing me.

Bone press lenght, well I do jelqing for about 30 min to an hour a day. I just stopped eating white carbs and sugared products and I lost weight. I also increased my cardio.

Yea losing weight always adds more penis. That's probably the best method of PE

You want to combine length master use together with Cardio. As you burn more fat, you are doing PE to pull out more penis. Buy a length master today from the MOS shop. The best length tool.

A friend told me "40 lbs = 1 inch". I think this totally depends on the body type. In any case: bonus! ;)
That's not true if you measure BPEL (which you should). But for sure the penis will probably look bigger if your fat pad gets thinner, as you loose weight.
