well, it's been a while since i posted here, just various things taking up the extra bits of time i usually spend here @ MOS. but, as i posted in my journal here, when i'm absent a while here, it's usually because i'm Penis Enlargement'ing every day and trying to make it happen.
anyways, i have gained quite a bit since i was last on MOS. 1.25 INCHES NON BONE-PRESSED to be exact!! it's pretty unreal, and i credit most of it to my recent WEIGHT LOSS. the last couple years found me at my heaviest due to a recent lifestyle change( living with the girlfriend; i know- excuses excuses! )- i came in at about 210 lbs., which is pretty fuckin big for my frame, considering i am about 5'9".
anyways, i am currently at ~160-162lbs, i want to lose about 10 more to get to my 'ideal' BathmateI(body mass index), and i've done this over the last several months mainly by sticking to a regimented exercise routine and counting my calories(trying to keep it under 1,500 each day).
my main point of this post is just to share with you all to keep it up, have faith in yourselves, in Penis Enlargement and DLD, and LISTEN TO HIM when he makes a video or gives advice on here. he made a video many months ago called 'lose 30 lbs., gain an inch!' or something to that effect, and BOY WAS HE RIGHT! so to all you chunkersons out there, GET SWEATING! get NBPenis EnlargementL! oh yeah, and improve your cardiovascular, metabolism, heart health, etc.
