Lig soreness is very good sign man! What you want to do is coast on that soreness meaning try to always have some of it. When you begin your stretches you'll feel it the hardest, but that passes with a set or two. Liek This you should have measurable gains soon.

It's a very good idea to keep your dick extended when you're not doing PE..but i don't understand what you mean by keeping a padlock on your dick...like hanging with a padlock when you're not doing active PE?

For me the biggest issue in the beginning was extreme ligamental soreness but I worked through it. This lasted for maybe my first 2 months, sometimes it was crazy sore that I worried but now know there was nothing to worry about.
