I was considering using l-argenine as a Penis Enlargement supplemet, as well as to supplement my work in the gym. I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions/info on l-argenine as related to Penis Enlargement. It is supposed to increase blood flow, and I had a friend who used to to help his gym workouts, and he said his frequency and intensity of erections increased, He also felt a bigger pump during his workouts. I was just wonderinf if someone could shed some light on the use of this suppliment

From my personal experience with NO2 (an expensive bodybuilding supplement that has AAKG--l-arginine alpha-keto-glutarate--with some supposed sustained release system) I would have to say save your money. I did notice harder morning-wood, but aside from that, no noticeable pump or anything like that. For any minor gains you'd make, you'd be better off saving your money (unless you're totally loaded an can afford to piss money away) and simply working out harder. The only "supplement" that can put on tons of muscle that is worth the money is steroids, which are surprisingly just as affordable as some of these top-of-the-line supplements. A friend of mine took 'roids and in one month gained 40 pounds without dieting or working out much harder than usual. Obviously, he abused the shit, and will likely face some health effects down the road, but I'm just saying...

Creatine had given me great gains (15 pounds in two months!) when taken in a special dosing I learned. Much of this might have been muscle memory because I had just come off a long dieting cycle. I have stopped using creatine because blood and urine tests showed that my kidney function had dropped considerably, but if it is taken for only one month at a time, the kidneys bounce back almost instantly once off the stuff.

If you are really bent on taking arginine, go with standard arginine (not AAKG or ethyl-arginine--which might be a little better, but cost several times more) and buy it from bodybuilding.com I have never seen better prices than this site. NOW Foods sells amino acids quite cheap at the aforementioned site.

You can get creatine and other basic supplements from supplementdirect.com as well for a pretty good buy.

Hey yeah thanks for the response, it was pretty informative. The only reason i was considering the l-argenine is b/c it is dirt cheap. I checked it out at walmart and it was like $3.74 or something like that for 50 capsules. A buddy of mine also used the NO2 but never actually finished the cycle, so that was basically a waste of money. I cycled creatine for a month but never really experienced gains, compared to wut other people, but I also have a hell of a time trying to put on wieght. Ill prolly do a little more reserach on l-arginine and use it as more of a Penis Enlargement enhancer rather than a relying on it as a workout supplement.
 
I wouldn't consider $3.75 cheap for arginine simply because an effective dose is between 4-8 grams and that would probably drain that bottle in less than a week. Seriously, no supplements are really that necessary...I mean think about it. For $50...hell--nothing at all--you can make gains of up to 2" (according to DLD) in a year from natural penis enlargment. Say $150 of arginine over the course of a year helps you gain an additional 0.25" (because it won't make that huge of a difference, trust me)--is that really worth it? I only say this to save you money, but it is completely up to you and either choice is repectable.

As for gaining weight, try the method I used to pack on 15 pounds of solid muscle (I promise that). I took 20-30 grams of creatine for three days straight and the next four days I took none. Repeat this every week until you stop making gains. Also, take 10 grams of l-glutamine after each workout, along with 50 grams of VP2 whey protein by AST, and 75 grams of pure dextrose [supplementdirect.com] and 75 grams of "complex carbs" (maltodextrin) [supplementdirect.com]. Add 5 grams of ribose [supplementdirect.com] to this slurry as well. I also recommend sodium phosphate by FSI (dirt cheap) which you can order from bodybuilding.com (and the protein from there too). It won't be as expensive as you'd think.

As for working out, I would do a leg workout once a week, and hit your biceps, triceps, abs, and shoulders three times a week...trust me on this one. Alternate bench press and one-arm rows during these three workouts as well.

This should help you put on quite a bit of size before summer ends. If you have any questions, I'd be happy to answer them.
